NDA on request.

Before you share anything sensitive with us, you can ask for a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We sign one promptly and at no cost.

What our NDA covers

Our standard mutual NDA is a short, two-page document that protects information disclosed by either party during exploratory discussions and the engagement itself. Specifically:

  • Non-public business strategy, financials, customer lists, product roadmaps, and source code shared in either direction.
  • A 2-year confidentiality period from the date of signing.
  • Standard exclusions for information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
  • Mutual obligations - the same protections apply to anything we share with you.
  • Indian law as governing law, with disputes resolved in Mumbai.

How to request one

Email gyan@zeevron.com with the subject line "NDA request - [your company name]". Include your company's full legal name, jurisdiction, and a signatory's name. We'll send back our standard mutual NDA, signed, within one business day.

That's fine too. Send it across, we'll review it within 48 hours. If we have edits we'll send a redline; if it's reasonable we'll sign as-is.
