These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zeevron's website and consulting services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Zeevron provides growth strategy consulting in two forms. (a) Fixed-scope one-time engagements (such as ASO, SEO, audits, and strategy blueprints), each at a fixed price, currently ranging from $1,500 to $2,000, with meetings scheduled only as needed and agreed. (b) An optional monthly consulting partnership, the Complete Engagement, with a rate between $3,000 and $6,000 per month, billed monthly and continuing month to month for as long as agreed by both parties. For the monthly partnership, meetings are scheduled as mutually agreed between the client and Zeevron; there is no fixed cadence. The exact scope, deliverables, and any meeting schedule for your engagement are confirmed in your engagement email.
Engagements are agreed and scoped directly with you. The exact fee or monthly figure, the billing schedule, and the payment method are all confirmed in writing before any work begins and before any payment is taken. Monthly engagements run month to month with no long-term lock-in; you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule of instalments, are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable once that work has commenced. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our work depends on accurate inputs. You agree to provide context, data, and timely feedback we reasonably need to deliver. We are advisors, not executors of your decisions; final business decisions remain entirely yours.
We treat all non-public information you share as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except to deliver the engagement (e.g. to a partner firm if you've asked us to coordinate) or as required by law. A separate NDA is available on request - see our NDA page.
Reports, briefs, and deliverables produced specifically for your engagement become your property on full payment for that month. Frameworks, templates, and underlying methodology remain Zeevron's intellectual property. You may use deliverables internally without restriction; redistribution outside your organisation requires our written consent.
We deliver our services with reasonable professional skill and care. We do not warrant any specific business outcome - strategy is probabilistic, not deterministic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unethical conduct. On termination we will return or delete your confidential information at your request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mumbai, India.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email at least 14 days in advance.
