See what we actually ship.

Most consulting is expensive advice delivered by people who've never built anything. Zeevron is built by operators - founders, growth leads, and execution specialists who have run the plays they recommend. Every meeting has a deliverable. Every report is written for your company, not templated from a previous engagement. We track your outcomes, not our output.

What this means for you

Strategy that's been tested in the field - not extracted from a framework library. The people in your meetings have built the things they're recommending you build.

Every meeting has a deliverable. You leave with decisions made and next steps documented - not a vague action item list that dies in Notion by Friday.

Every report is written for your company. Not templated from a previous engagement, not assembled from a framework library, not generic. Your numbers, your decisions, your team.

We track your outcomes, not our output. "We delivered four meetings" is not a result. "Your CAC payback dropped from 14 months to 7" is.

01 · Meeting structure

How a Zeevron strategy meeting actually runs.

Every session is recorded and built around the highest-priority problem on your plate. No status theater. No "let me catch you up on what we've been doing." Just real work, in four stages that flex to fit the conversation.

01

Open with the question

You name the single most important question you want answered today. We don't start with status - we start with the decision you can't make yet.

02

Work the problem

We bring the data we've prepared in advance - your numbers, patterns from companies at your stage, and the angles you haven't considered yet. The conversation produces a decision, not a deferral.

03

Document the decision

We write the decision down in plain English while you're still on the call - owner, timeline, success criteria, and what changes operationally because of it. Not a TBD list.

04

Set the next move

Before we close, we agree on what's next: what's on the agenda, what you'll bring, what we'll bring. You leave knowing exactly what's expected on both sides before the next session.

02 · Report structure

Every report follows the same shape.

Reports are not summaries of what happened. They are a written instrument of the decision you made - so when you re-read it three weeks later, you can act on it without remembering the meeting.

  1. The decision. One sentence. What was decided in this session.
  2. Why this, not the alternatives. The two or three options we considered, and why one won.
  3. What changes operationally. Specific moves: a price change, a CRM stage redefinition, a Monday standup format, a partner-channel switch. Concrete, not abstract.
  4. Owners and timing. Who does what by when. No "we should look into X" - every line has a name and a date.
  5. Open questions. What we still don't know, and what data would resolve it.
  6. Next session prep. What you'll bring. What we'll bring.

Reports land in your inbox within 24 hours of the session. They are searchable, exportable, and accumulate into a living record of how your business has evolved.

03 · The kinds of work we ship

Structured builds, not advisory add-ons.

Across every engagement we build the assets your team uses every day: documents, frameworks, dashboards, playbooks. Not slide decks that get filed and forgotten. We scope which of these are in scope at kickoff, based on the project. Here are the kinds of work that typically show up.

01

Market Entry & Launch Strategy

A structured, research-backed roadmap covering competitive positioning, channel identification, and GTM sequencing for your target market.

Typical deliverable
Entry roadmap doc + 90-day execution plan
02

ICP + Positioning Deep Dive

Define your exact ideal customer profile, sharpen your messaging, and identify positioning angles that create clear differentiation in a crowded market.

Typical deliverable
ICP document + positioning matrix + messaging framework
03

Sales & Outreach Engine Setup

Build a repeatable B2B outreach system - sequence design, lead sourcing approach, objection handling, and pipeline stage clarity.

Typical deliverable
Outreach playbook + CRM stage definitions + sequence templates
04

Execution Playbooks (SOP Library)

Convert operational chaos into documented, role-specific SOPs so your team executes consistently without founder involvement in every decision.

Typical deliverable
Role-tagged SOP library, version-controlled and team-accessible
05

KPI Dashboard + Metrics System

Define the right metrics for your business model, build a tracking structure, and establish weekly review rituals so you always know what's actually moving.

Typical deliverable
Live dashboard + metric definitions doc + weekly review cadence
06

Growth Experiments Roadmap

Design a structured, prioritized backlog of growth experiments across channels, with hypothesis framing, success metrics, and velocity planning.

Typical deliverable
Experiment backlog + hypothesis templates + success criteria
07

Org Operating Cadence

Design the operating rhythm your team needs at this stage - weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning - so decisions get made on time without founder bottlenecks.

Typical deliverable
Operating calendar + meeting templates + decision-log structure
08

Product-Market Fit Validation

Run a structured PMF audit - retention benchmarks, cohort analysis, customer signal mapping - and identify exactly where fit is breaking down.

Typical deliverable
PMF audit doc + cohort dashboards + signal-mapping framework
09

Pricing & Monetization Strategy

Audit your current pricing logic, model alternative structures, and design a monetization approach that captures real value without throttling growth.

Typical deliverable
Pricing audit + tier model + rollout + grandfathering plan
10

Hands-on Execution Support

Zeevron operators step into selected execution tasks alongside your team - not just advising, but doing. Scoped per engagement.

Typical deliverable
Defined-scope execution work, owned end-to-end

Which of these are in scope, and how deep we go on each, is set when we align on the work and confirmed in writing. Single engagements start at ₹6K; a full monthly partnership runs ₹15K – ₹45K, both 25% off as a launch client.

04 · The workflow

How an engagement actually runs, week by week.

No mystery, no scope creep. The same rhythm every month - predictable enough to plan around, structured enough to compound.

Week 1
Onboarding

Diagnostic conversations with you and your leadership. We review what you've built, what's working, and where the system breaks. By end of week one, we've co-written the engagement charter: the questions we'll answer, the scope of work in the first 30 days, and the cadence.

Weeks 2–4
Strategy + first build

Weekly strategy sessions begin. The scoped builds kick off in parallel. We scope each one based on your current state, then build collaboratively with your team. By end of month one, the first set of deliverables (frameworks, dashboards, playbooks) are live and being used.

Months 2–3
Compounding partnership

Sessions happen at the pace you and we agree. Scoped builds continue to ship. Reports accumulate into a living record. We track outcomes against the charter: what moved, what didn't, where to redirect. Course corrections happen in weeks, not quarters.

Quarterly
Reset

Every 12 weeks, we step back. What's the new top constraint? Which builds are done, which need replacing, what's the next phase of the engagement? You decide whether to continue, evolve, or wind down. No auto-renewal, no surprise invoices.

05 · Everything you get

The full inventory.

Per month

  • Strategy meetings at a cadence you and we agree
  • Written reports, one per session with decisions and actions
  • Async access between sessions
  • Custom-scoped consulting on your active priority
  • Live builds: frameworks, dashboards, playbooks, SOPs

Per engagement

  • Engagement charter (co-authored)
  • Build deliverables: frameworks, dashboards, playbooks, SOPs
  • Living record of every decision documented
  • Quarterly review and reset
  • Priority turnaround on a higher-scope monthly partnership

What we don't do

We don't deliver pretty slides for you to forward to your board. We don't sit through quarterly check-ins after the engagement ends. We don't pad invoices with junior-led research. The work is the asset, not the deck about the work.
